HŌM Flats 28 West

What is Home? HOM Flats

By HDJ

Many define home as a haven – a comfort zone, but many don’t have that haven. Notably, the “missing middle.” The “missing middle” describes the lack of quality housing for those who earn up to 60% or more of the area’s median income but don’t qualify for subsidized housing and can’t afford higher-end market-rate housing.

The HŌM Flats brand has bridged the gap between LIHTC and market-rate developments. HŌM Flats is more than just high-quality housing at an affordable price; it is a safe community for many individuals and families. HŌM Flats workforce living brand includes making every inch count through purposeful design and each space, an opportunity to improve the entire residential living experience.

In addition to HŌM Flats 28 West (featured above), HŌM Flats at Felch in Holland, HŌM Flats at Maynard in Grand Rapids, HŌM Flats is continuing to build and expand its communities in West Michigan, with HŌM Flats at 24 East coming in 2024!
