We’re excited to announce the completion of renovations at Concordia Place Apartments in Chicago! This 297-unit affordable housing community now features:
- Upgraded kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring
- New Energy Star lighting, windows, and boilers
- A renovated clubhouse with a computer lab and exercise room
- Improved exterior features, including a durable, eco-friendly stair system
