Springs at Five & Main is a 284-unit apartment community located in Commerce Township, Michigan. Designed to provide a more elevated alternative to traditional apartment living, the community offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with a townhome-style approach that emphasizes privacy, comfort, and connection to the outdoors.
The apartment homes feature modern finishes and open-concept layouts, with amenities including kitchen islands, stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and private patios or balconies. Private entries further enhance the residential feel of the community.
Residents also have access to a variety of lifestyle-focused amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor grilling areas, walking trails, garages, and a car-care center.
