Project Overview

Hidden Valley Stables is a 144-unit, apartment community located on the south side of Sioux Falls near Sertoma Park. Developed by DevCo Residential Group, the project was designed to expand access to high-quality, affordable housing in one of the region’s fastest-growing communities. The development includes one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences, providing flexible housing options for a range of household sizes.

Designed with both comfort and community in mind, Hidden Valley Stables offers modern apartment homes with convenient amenities including in-unit laundry, balconies or patios, a fitness center, clubhouse, playgrounds, and dog park. The community also incorporates EV charging stations, supporting evolving resident needs and more sustainable transportation options.

The City of Sioux Falls identified Hidden Valley Stables as one of the city’s top new residential apartment projects. The development represents an approximately $28.4 million investment and was supported by $1.8 million in City of Sioux Falls General and ARPA funds as part of its effort to expand affordable housing opportunities.
